What is the average wait time?

Hopefully none! Our goal is for you to be seen by the Doctor on-time for your appointment. We achieve this goal 80-90% of the time. Veterinary medicine is unpredictable and some patients may require more time for treatment then could be anticipated over the phone at the time of booking. These types of situations, and emergencies can cause the Doctor to be delayed. 95% of the time you will wait no longer then 10-15 minutes, only in the case of an emergency may a wait be as long as 30 minutes. When this occurs our receptionist will attempt to contact the following appointments to allow people the opportunity to elect to wait or change their appointment time.
