Appointments can often be provided the same day you call, if you call before noon. Every effort is made to see urgent cases as soon as possible. If you schedule does not align with available appointments, you are welcome to drop your pet off with us, the Doctor will assess your pet and contact you be phone to discuss your concerns and the Doctor’s findings and recommendations. No treatments will be provided until you authorize them. You can pick your pet up later in the day.
Surgery appointments can usually be booked with 1-2 weeks of your call. Again, urgent case will be accommodated on an “as required” basis.
