Veterinarian
Education: Ontario Veterinary College
Dr. Todd graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 1998. She then joined her husband (also a veterinarian) here in the beautiful region of Niagara. For 13 years Dr. Todd practiced as an associate veterinarian in St. Catharines.
In 2001 they moved out to Pelham where they fell in love with the small town community. Seeing Pelham as an ideal place to raise a family, they set down their roots. Now many years later, Dr Todd is busy with their two children, and enjoying getting to know many more Pelham families through the kid’s local school and sports activities. Along with Dr. Todd’s own passion for playing hockey she is involved with coaching both her son and daughter’s hockey teams here in Pelham.
“So many of our hobbies involve the region, we couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. Whether it is exploring the Shorthills, playing hocking, biking the trails, tobogganing and skating, or making our own Maple Syrup in our Sugar Bush – it doesn’t get any better!”
“With 2 veterinarians as parents, our family can’t possibly be complete without pets! The household wouldn’t be the same without our pets; “Jack”, a Border Collie who was born in 2011 and now is a permanent fixture at the hospital when he is not home “herding” kids, bikes, birds, deer, butterflies and snowflakes!. “Harry & Potter” are our 2 magical and devious felines. “Merlyn” is our senior buckskin horse (Quarter horse/Welsh Cob), actually a large pony, he has boundless patience for teaching our kids and many others about horses and riding. Our children have also added “Guinea” the guinea pig and an assortment of fish (all with names!).
Please call and come on by to meet Dr. Todd, say hello and take a peek at the hospital!
My 2 future veterinarians!
